How It Works
Step 1: Your Contribution – You deposit a minimum of 20% of the project’s total funding need in liquid cash into a secure JV or escrow account. (Note: We don’t accept land, buildings, or other non-cash assets at this time.)
Step 2: Our Investment – We use our commodity trading profits to fund the remaining 80%, ensuring your project has the resources to thrive.
