After he left Sara Lee Corporation in the late 90’s he started launching and growing 22 businesses from staffing, technology, success coaching, software development, leisure travel, digital marketing, commercial real estate development and commercial real estate financing, family wealth management and investing into projects globally. It has taken 30 years of his experience to start a world-class investment firm all backed by Structured Capital Finance, and Pacific Petroleum. Jai, his partners and their financing group undertake due diligence and upon meeting certain investment and financing criteria. He has created investment grade paper that is sold to a single institutional investor. The focus of Structured Capital Finance, Lion Eagle Capital and its sister companies are investing, lending, acquiring private banks, global energy business, trading, infrastructure, commercial real estate projects globally.
Jai and his partners together own 7 oil and gas refineries, 24 banks, several real estate properties and investment projects globally including infrastructure and humanitarian projects within government agencies.
